We wandered for awhile and ran into a familiar person.

You are not going to, I re-assured her, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. Her face was too warm.

"Alexis! Good to see you. What are you doing all the way out here?"

"finding clear berries"

"We are too! Any luck?"

"we found all kinds of berries, including ones I have never seen before. but no clear ones"

"Wait let me see those" I looked at it and took a bite into it. An evolved version of the clear berry!

((Alexis))

I smiled shyly. "they were in a really small hole. only a hatchling in their seron form could get to them. Lily and caden are getting more."

(Petal)
"You are really one and a million" I gushed hugging my little niece. "Besides being reflexive and all"

((Liamn))

"she is relfective?"


((Alexis))

"yes, I'm reflective... my family was too."

((Liam))

I noticed she said was, not is, her family was reflective? I said only to petal.

She is kind of an orphan and my brother and his wife have adopted her. Then I kind of laughed My family and the supposedly extinct serons...

((Liam))

At least she still knows that others of her kind still exsist, although it is rare that we see them.

I wanted to tell him he wasn't alone but I had to stick to it. He couldn't love me only because I was clear like him. Just because we were the only two clear serons left couldn't be the only reason.

((Alexis))

"There was a really nice female serons I knew when my family would visit this area.... I wonder if she still lives here"

I nodded slowly then realized that I needed to get these barries. "Lexi? Tell your mom that we have a cure and its on the way"
