I grinned. "I would say he isn't the only one who might have a crush."

I rolled my eyes at her. "Wrong page. I was thinking we could give him a hard time about it. Stage a triangle or something. He act too cool most of the time, it would be nice to break the composure"

I laughed. "Whatever you say. It would be nice to take him down of of that high and mighty pedestal though."

"So...a plan?"

I shrugged. "It was your idea, I assumed you already had a plan."

"I don't know how to be mean. What we did at the party was a hundred percent fun and he knew it. This on the other hand...."

"So why do you want to do it?" I knew why. She liked him a lot more than she cared to admit. that is why she wanted to do this. If he came out with his crush first then her pride wouldn't be hurt. That is what it looked like to me anyway. Not that I was going to tell her that. I would let her have her fun.

"Because he was born a soulless ginger and deserves some punishment for his snobbiness". She was talking to me in 'that' tone of voice. She thought I liked him which of course was highly true a few months ago just before he started dating what's he bucket, but that lasted only about three weeks until I became infatuated with Somebody else. I was perfectly content with my life now. Plus there was that totally endearing choirboy in my 5th hour. Did I want to do this out of revenge for the unintentional toll taken on my stupid teenage heart, perhaps. Perhaps there was a small part of me that was slightly attracted to him, but that wasn't saying much since there is also a part in everybody curious to try drugs and alcohol.

I could see her glowering at me and grinned. "Okay, take it easy, I am on your side." I said teasingly, raising my hands.

I loved the way she was able to stay cool like this. Reason #1 that she was one of my best friends. I explained the situation to her. "Any brilliant ideas?"

I cocked my head to one side thoughtfully. "Well, I am not going to kiss him, so there goes that idea.... Hmmm"

I burst out laughing the idea of hose two kisskngwas so incredibly funny. "Well how do we play you into this? Maybe I am madly inove with your hot cousin? " I laughed again not even sure of she had one

"We could really through him off his rocker and be lesbians." I joked.

"Let's move that one to plan D. I am trying to think....what situations make guys incredibly jealous to the point of declaring stupidly themselves?"

I considered for a moment. "Weeeellllll, I don't have any devilishly handsome cousins under my sleeve..."

"But I do!" I said in realization. "Harry the one that is going to be escorting me everywhere? You and him could act being a thing-be nauseatingly gooey and make me miserable. Then you need a double for a date so Landon gets naturally chosen to go along. Movie and you guys are all little too much. I run away in tears and he has to help me out somehow?"

I laughed so hard I had trouble breathing. "You are evil." I gasped between giggles.

I grinned ear to ear, my purple braces showing proudly. "Its a plan then?"

"Sound's good to me. We can start putting it in action later. For now you miiiiight want to get some sleep, or the nurses will be nagging you."

I nodded sleepily. "He is going to hate us" I said yawning

I got out of Harry's car and almost slipped on my face. The concussion that had left me in the hospital still had me off balance. Off to first hour with my cousin.
But what to my surprise when I saw two familiar faces in the classroom that hadent been there last semester.

I grinned when I saw Joyln and waved her over. "Exchange students." I whispered when she got to me. "One is from Scotland and the other is from Spain!" I could barely contain my glee.
