Stupid Mistletoe...

We're a group of friends who are just stupid and crazy. Nothing romantic actually going on. Just being silly together. Its around Christmas, the last day of finals before break. Maybe have a few run ins with mistletoe, make fun of the couples...Keep it light, and playful.

It was the last day of finals, and the majority of the class, myself included, were either exempt or done with the hideous testing, and simply had to be quiet.
I bit my tounge to keep from laughing as I passed a note to Anita.
Look at Jack and Jill over there. Really? can you spell Nauseous?

I glanced at the note, and tried not to giggle. Jack and Jill. Always cracked me up. I glanced over at them. I was surprised they hadn't turned to goo, and slipped away with the mushy looks they were giving each other. I scribbled a reply and passed it back to Joelyn. Yuck, I do not know how they have made it by all year with such good grades.

I glanced at Pheobe. She was at the desk next to me. She didn't appear to be busy. I nudged her with my elbow and pointed at Jack and Jill. Then made a silent face.

I glanced over at them and snickered quietly. When I looked back at Anita I made mocking kissy faces, almost laughing, then I turned back around, pretending I was actually paying attention.

After class I met up with the others in the hall. "Ugh! There is still one more test!" I groaned. "I don't know how I am going to survive watching the cheesy romance novel come to life."

I laughed. "I know the feeling..." I told her. It was like watching the sappiest movie you've ever seen, except it was worse because you couldn't hit the fast forward button when things got too cheesy and just plain bleh.

"Exactly! How do I survive it?! More to the point, how do we survive it?!" I exclaimed. "Survive what?" Asked Jill, walking up, hand in hand with her shadow, Jack.

I looked up. "Uhhh, The tests... I didn't sleep well last night and I am about to pass out, I don't know how I will survive another test."

I looked at her. "Oh come on it isn't that bad." I though of a postive out look "Well at least they'll bring up our grades. Not saying their bad but the higher the better right?"

"Yeah, there is that." I said. I could feel myself going red.

"So do you guys wanna do something after school or something?"

I was glad for the change in subject. "Sure, where do you want to go?"

"I don't know. It doesn't really matter where we go to me. I can pay if you guys want as well. So there doesn't have to be a finical limit for the most part." I laughed. It was nice to be able to hang out with your friend and do what a lot of other people couldn't afford to do. It was fun and luxirous although I felt bad sometimes when I saw how bad some people lived.

"As long as we don't run into those two" I said gesturing at the happy couple. "Meaning not dinner no movies and no peaceful parks.."

i laughed "we could throw a party?"

"No dark corners. No eggnog and aboloustly no mistletoe!"
