makeing one last roleplay

I couln't focus long enough to say anything else. my vision blurred and i was crying

I sat by her the whole time.

The girl was really worried. I't was my guess that this was more than a cursh she had. For her sake a genuinly hoped he'd be okay

luckily conners condition began to improve a few days later.

I would watch conner for long sections of t ime.

I came up beside mellorie. "youve been in here a while"

"Where else would i be? he's hurt and i care too much. he may not like it but i'm going to be here"

"dad says he is going to be ok now. the worst is over. we just have to wait for him to wake up"

"I'll still be here"

"ok, oh by the way. lucas says we are moveing soon. not sure when though"

"Okay then?" i didn't understand how relevant that was

I sighed and finaly jsut told her. "they found the white serons. lucas hopes that if we move they will go for us instead. if it fails the white serons will suffer the same thing the gold serons did" we both knew what this meant. our new freind conner, and our mother were in danger. and our father was putting his life on the line t try and protect them.

it felt like a bucket of ice water had been dupmed on me. I jumped up immediadly... "What do i do?"

"father will tell us soon. he is meeting with what is left of his elite fighters. and the leadership of the white serons"

"Oh," I said, looking back at conner, wishing even more that he would be okay

when i heard the news it was not what i exspected. the creatures had already decided to attack and kill every seron. so lucas decided to stay on help marisol defend the place.

i worried. "what if we end up loosing both parents?"

"yeah, and when we jsut met them too"

"I wish life could be normal. Mine seems to be split between cultures, and people. Whiy is it that ever ytime i find something, it always seems to be taken from me?"

"when this war is over I will show you some things that are not so scary about our lfe" my father said from behind us. "ever wonded why you can swim well but don;t rmember how you learned? it's becuase serons are good swimmers from birth. even if they lsoe their seron forms. they can get better at it. but they are born already being good swimmers." he was auite for a while then said. "I sense your seron form returning mellorie."

I nodded thoughfully, wishing that everything could be so much more simple.

conner moved a little. I guessed he would be wakeing up soon.
