New Avengers

This fluster-ated (frustrated and flustered) me although I forced my facal expression to remain calm and slightly bored. "You do know I have an older sister right? Big hazel eyes, university cheer captain, perfect unweighted GPA..."

"you're only description of what she actually looked like was big hazel eyes," I said. "Not a very good descriptor."

"Fine then. She's slightly shorter than me with that stupid in between blonde-brown color, slightly more hourglass-esque than I, but thats because she practically wears a corset with everything..."

"Basically you think I'm a old creeper," I said.

I laughed "Pretty much."

"Let's put it this way, I don't want to go on a date with your sister," I said, "No matter how amazing she may be."

I rolled my eyes. "Good because I wouldn't want her anywhere near you anyways"

"haha," I laughed. "Then why'd you say she was so amazing?"

"Because she is the chosen child after all. I'm the smart one and most likely to be successful, but of course the blonde oldest one, the cheerleader mom and dad think is just everything."

"Well, she wasn't the 'chosen child' for me to find."

"Sure happy that somebody notices I may be just as great as she is." as I said this I folded my arms and slouched slightly.

"Well, you're being awful depressing."

"Welcome to my life. I'm volunteering to, and going into a profession of saving lives and nobody cares. Honestly, we're the true heroes, not those stupid people we see on TV or winning Homecoming royalty..."

"There's a lot of people saving lives out there. It is such of a doctor of you to say 'a profession where I save lives'."

"Its just so frustrating being eclipsed all the time."

"Imagine how i feel," I sighed. "I'm a third-born."

"Really? You don't seem like it."

"No," I responded, "You just don't know what to look for."

I thought about it for a moment, thinking about everything I knew about him thus far and trying to find something. "Well, the fact that you are stand out in a way that is obvious that you control it shows that you probably felt ignored for awhile. Your behavior suggests that you were probably the type of kid in school who would color on the desks after you finished spelling worksheets just for some attention, but never anything too bad..."

"No, I never wanted to get in trouble..."

"But it happened that you always seemed to be. And they were always disappointed..." I realized that I almost felt sorry for him with such a past that cast a dark shadow on who he was now.

"Shut up, will ya," I said. "All this constant blathering is annoying me."

I found myself laughing at the tone of his voice for some odd reason. Trying to be polite I smothered my giggling and looked out the window mischievously.

"If you want to laugh at me, feel free."

"Oh no, I doubt I will."
