**Fantasy**

I saw the boy relax when he was no longer being held a bow/sling point. "Don't be so tense girls . We out number him if he attacks."

"Don't expect my help, he's not a Bounty Hunter. Just another outcast like the rest of you. Trust me, I know my Bounty Hunters." I called down from the tree I was sitting in. I saw them tense at my disembodied voice and then relax when they realized it was me.

I did wish she would stop doing that. It was unsettling to have her appearing and disappearing at random. "Do you do that just to mess with us?" I demanded.

"Mostly yes. And think of it this way, if you don't know where I'm at, you stay on your toes, and you can't tip off someone else to my location."

I rolled my eyes and flopped down on the ground by a tree, still keeping an eye on cooker boy. With everyone trying to keep my on my toes I might as well sit down and get comfortable for a bit.

"So there's a reason why you don't want people to know where you are. Most intresting..." My voice trailed off as I thought over the thought. "Whatever." I concluded. "Huh much longer, cook."

'Hmm... The dark angel didn't seem to notice my ease without tools, i guass i hid it a bit better than i thought.' I thought, but than i looked at the two girls, they both were eyeing me with unease. I silently cursed myself then said, "Not long, the ones in the coals will be done sooner. Have any spices or do you eat your meat completely plain?"

"Food is for survival, not pleasure. I only occasinally eat for pleasure, and when I do it's an ocasion." I finished briefly looking at Temora.

I noticed him glance at one of the elves. 'Interesting.' I kept my face casual but noted a possible relationship and a weakness to get at one of them if i ended up fighting this group. 'But what about the others...' I looked around and wondered where the dark elf was. "You girls are elves, don't you know how to find herbs?" I smiled humerusly in case they might take offense at the stereotype. 'What is a stereo?' I wondered, for the some 100th time.

I snorted. "You heard the man. we are surviving, not eating for pleasure." Normally I would have spiced it a little, but I wasn't about to give in the this stranger. Besides, rabbits had their own spice flavor already.

"True, but you know what? I think the bird will need something." I ran a few feet away and grabbed my bag from behind a tree. It was a one strapped satchel with some random things of mine. I pulled a small herb pouch out and spiced the bird after pulling it out with my knife. I took the rabbit off and collapsing the grid. "Done." I pulled a water skin out of my bag and offered it to them. "Thirsty? Don't worry, the poison only makes you sick for a day." I said with a grin.

I let him spice it because obviously he wasn't used to eating plain food. I took the food and started eating. "The only reason I'm eating food prepared by someone else is because you did it with out moving from my sight and I was too lazy to do it myself. Don't think that I'm going to start taking water from random people. I don't trust you." I took my own canteen from my side and took a large gulp. "You'd do good to remember that."

"Any who, moving on. I typically freelance from job to job. But now I have a bunch of people with me. So...what do you guys want to do."

I shrugged, and Temora did the same. "I just came along cause I figured it would be more interesting than sitting in my cottage for the next six years. Whatever you want to do, I'll follow."

I nodded. "Same here." 'Did we really want to be discussing this in front of the stranger?' I wondered.

"Oh, ok then." I finished my food, tossing the bones into the shrubs. "I don't really know what I plan on doing any ways."

"Well, you need to figure out how to avoid the human government for one," I said slowly.

"That is very true." I responced then looked at the new kid. "Make any sudden move or try and run and you'll be killed."

I had mentioned the government on purpose. How the kid would react would be a big decider on if we could trust him. I waited for him to say something, my hand resting lightly on my bow.

((Marlo, the idea of my character is that she isn't there at all times, as in your character won't know where she is at all times.))

I waited to see his reaction as well.

Was listening when everyone paused, i suddenly noticed they were all watching me. "Most humans don't like any non human..." I paused, trying to think of the right word. "People, that's for sure." It looked like i was going to be here a bit so might as well. "By the way, what are your names? I'm Galorn."

He seemed obvioulsy enough or perhaps just trying to fit in. Or maybe he justed liked breathing. For what ever reason he was doing his best to help so I decided to leave him alone. "Anyways I have this nice little thing, and I think I'd like to know who my parents are."
