Re: Children of the pack leaders
I reluctantly followed. I did not know where we would go. I felt small and scared, I had always thought nohing could defeat the gold serons. I thought noone could kill my father, But not as I relaized that was not true I felt lost.
Re: Children of the pack leaders
Even though i had only been the the multicolored seron's camp once, i knew the way as if on instinct. My father and Eyris were waiting for me,

I did not realize where we were going for a while, my mind was still clouded with shock and grief.
Re: Children of the pack leaders
It was only when i had assured that the others were completly safe and that i had explaind eyerything to Eyris that i allowed myself to fall apart. I retreated and cried. What seemed like moments later my dad came and sat next to me, informing me that he had seenn to it that a small force of serons had been sent to guard the borders of the gold seron camp and to bring any surviors to the safeground

Re: Children of the pack leaders
later that day the multi colord fighters brought my fathers body to their home so that we could gve him a propor buirial. I stayed by him often. never leaveing his side for anything. then, as I was watching him, his tail twiched. I blinked, not sure if I had really seen it. then it moved again. I could barely contain mysef, My father was still alive! just barely, but still, he was alive. ((but he wont wake up for weeks)) I felt a little better, but there were still a lot of other things I worried about, where was the rest of the gold serons?
Re: Children of the pack leaders
My father and i stood respectfully behind Lucas, as he made his discovery, we just smiled, then i rushed off to get the healers

Re: Children of the pack leaders
The healers were there in minuts. they comfirmed what I had discoverd, the leader of the gold serons was still alive. but badly hurt.
Re: Children of the pack leaders
The healers told me it was not likely they could save him. but they said they would try. I did not know what to do anymore.
Re: Children of the pack leaders
I hope so I said softly. I knew that she knew as well as I did. if max did not make it, the gold serons would have a hatchling for a leader. a hatchling who did not have any how to lead a pack of serons.
Re: Children of the pack leaders
I did not know what would distract me from this. But it was worth a try.
Re: Children of the pack leaders
awhile later, the human boy who had come with up from earlier was brought over. he was fine, but VERY traumatized

(9derik))
There was a lot I still did not understand about the serons. other animals would let another pack of their kind fend for themselves. but these serons seemed to be looking out for eachother.
