(Yeah, but what i was going to say, is that, maybe lydia's dad was actually Eyris's son, but was never told that, making Alyss a desendant of a leader, idk if that even does anything,)

(Okay, and then my other idea is that maybe Alyss's dad is Charles, but something happened and Lydia took care of her. idk, i'm in a philsopher mind at the moment)

The Seron Lydiaa had been talking to smiled at me. "Good Morning, Alyss" I smiled back "G'morning, sir" He looked at my aunt, face slightly fallen.

I looked around at all the strange serons. they had so many colors.

I tried to place who this person talking to my aunt was, he looked SO familliar, i looked at the puddle of water left from the rain earlier and was my reflection. i looked up at him again. then at lydia. He's your father, alyss Lydiaa told m, her voice gentle. I looked at him again and smiled

"we need to find the leader, so he can give us three tasks to do" I said.

I'm right here, Eyris said from behind where we all were

I suddenly became nervous. it was one thing to talk to one of the pack leaders we knew. but to talk to an antaint leader who was suppsoed to be the most powerfull seron alive, was another.

Kristi and I Moved to stand on either side of Lucas You can do it i told him

I waited untill I was breahting normally again. we were sent here to rreceive three tasks from you I said. barely able to keep my voice sounding normal.

Eyris looked thoughful I knew this day would arrive,

your first task will be to bring me a seron egg. from the forest phantoms lair Eyris said. not just any seron egg, a multi colord egg. seron eggs are in destructible. and hatchlings can choose not to hatch if there is danger. this egg has been held captive for thousands of years.



((in normal conditions an egg will hatch the day it is layed. and never at the same time. hatchlings also are able to comunicate fluent with their mind wen they first hatch. but not out loud untill later))

YEs sir, i said. This terrified me, but i refused to be scared

you will receive your other tasks when you are done with this one Eyris said. you will leave imedietly I looked at alyss and kristi. you ready to be the first hatchlings to go into the lair of the creature all serons fear most?
