We continued to laugh and joke on my front doorstep untill my alarm-clock watch beeped.
"Curew," i said. "see you all tomarrow"

"ok, see ya"

I sat through history the next day, and for once i was able to pay attention.
THe rest of the homework group seemed to know exactly what was going on too.

I found it easier to foucas on a lot of things that were usualy hard to foucas on..

"Everything we're learning about seems soo,... familliar!"

"I know.." I said. "when did we learn this before?"

"i have no clue, but it feels like deja-vu"

"I know.." I said.

we turned on the TV... the Histroy channel had a documentarty on the Battle of Thremopalee and the 300 spartans. One of the people stated something and then i was re-explained.
"What did they say it twice for?" i shouted at the TV, jumping up.
"What?" my mom asked. "they said it in Greek then translated"

"I heard it twice in english" I said.

"See, Mom?"

this was weird... how could her mom be hearing greek one time?

"Maybe she lost her hearling?"

"maybe.."

The documentary continued. I made remarks the whole way throught like "Thats smart "

one thing I noticed was they kept saying the same thing twice several times.

"that's really getting anoying" i muttered.

"yeah" I agreed.

That was when my brother in sixth grade came in and asked for help on his homework. i looked at the top. it said "Greek and latain roots" i looked down the page and more than half of the root words were in english.

"what language do you see this in?" I asked ((melody))'s brother.
