I have taken both CPR and First Aid, yet am not actually allowed to do either. I have cards that say I can but I am strictly not allowed. Shocked

nothing. I just took the test a long time ago... my one card has expired, but the other hasn't. The one that hasn't has some reason why I can't, but I can't remember the reason.... *stares at card* which is really strange, cause that made me so mad...
