Writing Tips

I'm not the expert here, but if anyone needs tips and advice then just ask. OR if you would like to give out some useful information, share it here.

One thing that I think is sorta necessary is knowing the end before you begin. Not exactly knowing how the whole thing is going to plan out, just knowing the goal of the character(s).

If you'r going to write story, be sure that the character and story itself is something that you care about or its going to be really hard to finish

If you are stuck on a writer's block, go take a walk outside or listen to music. That helps me a lot.

Not really, i like to write, but they all end up to be less than two typed pages. I come up with cute stories for my friend about us and out crushes, but thats about it.

I should maybe type up and post one of the stories i wrote in fourth grade. (it was originally handwritten)

I'm writing a book with a friend so it's pretty easy. We've got like 70 pages written.

In a while, we hope before September but my friend is writing her part and she has to give it to me to continue it.

Here's a suggestion: If you have an idea write it down RIGHT AWAY or else you'll forget it. Then you can come back to it and continue it

That happened to me i fith grade. I had to do a eport on conneticuit, but i didn' write it down, and reasearchd pennsalvaina by mistake,...

One thing that has helped me when I'm stuck, is to stop writing the story, and write about the characters. I have a little book where I write about what kind of people my characters are, and what kind of life they've had. It helps me get a better idea of the people I'm working with.

Always ask people for their opinion about a story, or ask a critique. I'm one, and I have helped more than a hundred people. If you need help on ideas, just relax and read a book, or just plain out ask. Ask an author if you have to! If you're writing a fan fiction, I recommend going onto Fanfiction.net and posting it in Beta Readers where you can get good critiques for info on somethings you don't know about the subject. Also, when you feel like you're done, just stop. If you get more ideas for your story, write it down, don't do a full chapter or description of it, just a brief point of what should happen. Then, when you feel like the time is right and you can get a lot done, that's when you should write it. Don't do it for about ten minutes then go for a break, do it for a while and then take a break for a day or two. Respect people's reviews, too. That's what they think, don't feel downhearted. That is all...
