and you better take that back. you don't know WHAT has been happening in past couple years. all the factories are moving south and none of us can get jobs. you don't know what it's like living a place that relies on industry and when the industry fails or the decide to move south or go to a different country your SOL. my dad has been laid off three different times the past three years and the only reason he has a job now is because he works ten hours shifts at a place he hates but he has to stay there just becuase we need a double income because the houseing prices are sky high. for so long everybody just needed a high school diploma to get a job at a factory then the factories move out and they think they can replace them with educated jobs which nobody can get because they can't afford and education!!! and you can forget starting a business. you have NO IDEA what has happened to ohio because the jobs decided to move. so don't you DARE call ohio lame for something we have no control over!!!!!!!!!!

i didnt call them lame. i would never. my cuzins live there and i love visiting them, which i'm going to do for 4th of july. the only reason i said they SOUND pathetic is cuz of wat u said. dont be offended. and i'm sorry about ur dad

i dont think my parents will ever get laid off cuz they r both really good friends with the boss. my dad has worked at the same place for 15 or more years. idk. my mom started working at the same place for a few years

everybody works in a factory in my town and the factory owners don't give a **** about you.

well thats just sad

yeah. and apparently my town used to be really pretty with a train station and towns of mom and pop shops then the factories came in and so did wal-mart and the people developed "if you can't get it at wal-mart you don't need it" mentality, and now we have now businesses.

umm....some live near cincinnati and others live in amelia or near it

oh...i don't know many people in cinci. i live about and hour and a half north of cinci.

well they live a lot closer to cincinnati then that. but i almost never go there when i visit. my family stays with my relatives in amelia and usually my cuzins from cincinnati come to amelia

i don't go to cinci much because i'm so far away. i go to dayton area alot though for my baha'i friends. never been to lima though. idk why. its exactly the same distance away as dayton.

it's a lot farther north than cinci, so i'm not surprised you haven't but from what i heard the city is very dirty, the people aren't friendly and their crime rate is worse than dayton's. which is scary.
