The Nocturnals

It is the year 2090 and due to lack of power, human civilization has long become nocturnal and underground because it costs more to run AC/Heating than a lightbulb.
Only the old people remeber what the sun is like. Their tan marks them as old and as outsiders. Because of this the people are very pale. Those with the "sun's mark" are shunnedd and jailed. We have heard the old one's stories and wonder what life is like. Out society has become corrupted and we wonder if the world outside offers any promise. we escape in and go to wander the futeristic world above, hoping for some hope or way to have new civilization.
