Our last stand

All central government has fallen. The United States of America is no more. It was destroyed by those who learned how to use the lost art of magic. They reside in what was China, now called Dominuter. They are mixed asian and european ansetry. They call themselves the Dominus. No one knows how they got their power. We are only kids living in refuge of what was the USA. We are hiding from the Dominus' soldiers, who also have magical capabilities. However, we somehow do to. We dont know how, but somehow we were born with it. We decide to fight for what we believe, we fight to take down the Dominus.

I was running away from the soldiers. It was dark, but not as dark as the men's suits and masks. I heard a blast and saw a fireball flying barely missing me. I turned taking out my sword, the only thing that would hurt them. They charged. spears forward. I closed my eyes and ran. I raised my sword and heard an explotion. I opened my eyes and saw fire spewing out of my sword. I sliced and cut one of them. The others backed away. I shot a fireball out of my hand. It was a little puny, but it still worked. Lightning rained from the sky and hit another. I had killed them all. With magic. I shouldnt know how to use magic. I kept running into the forest

I heard footsteps approaching me. I got up and saw Bill madly run past me. I quickly, swiftly followed him, once he faced me and almost screamed, I clapped a hand over his mouth and gave him the "Death Glare." He nodded and we continued running. ((Wait, should I call your character by his codename even though ShJade isn't talking to him?))
