Preservers of Music

The year is 2020. Law passed in 2012 say that made creation of music is illegal. Instruments have been located and destroyed as well as music stands, sheet music, and any musical recording devices. All types of recorded vocal music are long gone and illegal. Those who are caught singing words are arrested. Only classical instrumental music remains, and the new generations are told that the sound was not created by man, that it just is....

We are a secret group of preformers who have somehow been able to safguard our instruments through the countless government raids. Our sheet music and books have been destroyed, so we play by ear.
BEcause everything is illegal, we meet in secret, and have many close calls in going to and from rehersels.

please please PLEASE do not have all the same instrument! I will go crazy if we have all the girls playing the flute and all the guys playing trumpet.

Personality: VERY intelligent. Is the mastermind behind the whole group. Carries herself with elegence. Is softspoken and quiet, but VERY passsionate about music and does anything to safguard it.
Music talent: quite accomplished at clarinet. Sings as well.

Age: 16
Description: medium height, slim, long auburn straight hair cut in layers, light green eyes, fair skin. Loves wearing jeans, baggy shirts or dresses, always wears boots.
Personality: a little bossy but very kind and friendly.
Music talent: flute and piccolo

Musical talent: Trumpet, and tennor 1. Can also play paino and trombone.

Description: short blue hair, green eyes, wears white
Personality: loyal type; she would run into a burning building to save her friends, but would drag her enemies in with her. Doesn't like to talk
Musical talent: Singing, piano, violin
other: Has no memory of her life before meeting Symphony, who called her "Harmony" because she harmonized perfectly with every piece of music she heard.

Description: Average height, hazel eyes that change with what she is wearing at the time, red (Like red red not orange red) hair that goes a little past her shoulders.
Personality: very VERY bubbly, talkative but knows when to keep her mouth shut.
Musical talent: Trombone and that is it!
other: she has turrets which makes it very difficult for her to focus because her head jerks to one side and makes a clicking noise but when she is playing it goes away and she likes that feeling of being relatively normal, that is why she plays. Oh and her mother was in a Marching band when she was in high school, playing the trombone as well.

I walked down the long pink-tiled hallway, porpously clicking my heels on the floor to a repeating rythm. There was suppsed to be a meeting tonight. I made eye contact with those in my secret group.

I walked down the hall trying not to click, ya right like that will happen, I saw Symphony walking down the hall, tapping her toes in a rhythm. You have no idea how much I wanted to start another rhythm but I knew that once someone heard it they would know.

I grinned, reading the look in Beth's face and shruged apologetically. then laughed. People glared "WHat? she told me a blonde joke yesterday and i can't stop laughing!"

I smiled and then clicked. Ugh stupid stupid stupid click. Symphony looked at me apologetically. I just shrugged my shoulders.

Everybody thougt we were strange anyway. I gave eth a look that said follow me if you'd like, this could be fun, and continuted down the hallway to notify the others.

I followed her down the hall. We soon found the others and headed to our secret room.

When we reatched the computer technology building, which used to be the music buriding we headed down the main hallway to the left, then opened the ancient janitorial closet. i stomped the rhythem of my name on the pink tile squared and the trap door opened, droppin g me off onto a huge bean bag. the door colosed behind me. Everybody had to enter with theur own name

I was bored, so I decided to go to our secret hideout to see if there was anybody there.
I walked to what used to be the music building when I saw Beth.

Inside the room, i clanged my bracelet, it was an "F". i bega to warm up my voice while i waitted for the others.

I slipped in the door. i said my name and hummed a minor scale.

"Good morning" i sang as seth entered though the trap door

I grabbed my trumpet off the wall and played a minor scale. *THen i brutally attacked symphony by beating her with my trumpet and i did things i cant say in this fourm.....*

I sang a perfact descant to the minor scale

I played so low she could not follow

i sighed and began a warm up.

I grabbed my trombone off the wall. "Seth wanna play bone football?" I called over to him, then clicked. Seth smiled, put down his trumpet and held up his hands. "Go!" He said.
"One...Two...THREE!" I launched my slide across the room. Seth lunged to grab it and caught it right before it hit the ground. I smiled as he tossed it back to me. I put it back on the instrument and pulled out a fake book so I could work on some Jazz improve.

I went into our hideout.
"Hi everybody!"
I started putting the pieces of my flute together and playing some scales to warm up.
