Heroes VS Villans RPG

We are all either heroes or villans. We each have a certain power and a certain weapon to go with our power. The heroes try to put the villans in jail.

You can have no more than 2 characters

Hero or villan: Hero
Power: She can summon all the dogs in the area and they will obey her.
Weapon: A ball that when she throws it, it can attract who she wants it to and bring them back to her.
Description: She has black hair and brown eyes. She smells like a wet dog. She has a paw print on her cape.
Personality: She is very playfull and tough.

Name: Giggle Girl
Hero or villan: Vilian (nobody else will be o,so i may as well)
Power: My evil laugh can control peoples minds or drive them crazy
Weapon: looks like on of those cheap laughing sticks that you get at peter piper pizza, but really is a sword
Description: beach blonde hair to waist, violent teal eyes, suit is a neon green
Personality:VERY smart, but can get slap-happy if on too ,much sugar. Has only evil infuences, so dosen't know better. (can i join herosat end?)

Power: Confusion/Disorientation.
Weapon: A bubble machine (she's insane)
Description: She looks...psychotic. Long, wild and crazy black hair, olive skin, eyes that look like she's insane. She wears torn up Victorian dresses with a black lace cape. (example below except with cape...)
Personality: well...insane, psychotic, crazy. Laughs madly all the time.

Description: long, wavy brown hair, pale, blue eyes, beautiful
Personality: sometimes bitter, sarcastic, but can be a nice person to be around if you're on her good side.

Description: Short blond hair, yellow eyes. She's tall and thin. She always is wearing a blond dress. (Do you know The lady Coulter from The Golden compass? I'm like her)
Personality: She's smart. If you fall him well she's nice but if you fall him badly don't even approach her.

Weapon: a poisonous dagger and sword (but she's really strong too)
Description: Tall and slender, long straight blond hair with light blue hair strands, light blue eyes (that go with her hair), blue nails, golden skin; she normally dresses in blue, but often looks like another person.
Personality: she's very cunning, tough and a little bit stubborn.
