How far my authority goes.

Ok so, I am the forum owner, so you would think that I have absolute power over this forum. But that is not entirely true. I must also go by the rules of the host site. I have a great deal of power over The Chatterbox and for the most part they do leave me alone. But They do have power to shut down this forum if I do things with it that they do not like. That is one of the reasons ((there are also personal reasons)) that some of my rules are so strict.

it's kindof like I am the CEO and they are the board. I am at the top in authority when it comes to the day to day operations of this forum, but when it comes to who is really in charge. I do have to follow their rules too.
