Thank You Button

So is it just me or did any one else not know that there was a thank you button that you can press on other peoples post.

I knew about it. all it does is give them three reputation.

what is reputation?

in reality it's just a number. but it also shows how much people like your posts. if they click the plus sign it goes up click the minus sign it goes down. thank makes it go up be three. but noone really uses it.

so many things I have to remember.. I almost forgot about the thank botton and reputation.

oh so thats how you get reputation. yeah i was just wundering cause i saw it and was like "Huh...how long has that been here?"

it's one of the ways. the other way is if someone clicks on your plus sign. you lose some if they click on your minus sign.

hmmmm thats intresting. I don't think we use that, that much around here
